John spent 40 years as an elevator technician — a career built on diagnosing hidden problems, understanding mechanical systems, and working in spaces most people would rather avoid. When he retired, he wasn't looking to sit still. He found pool leak detection, and something clicked. The same instincts that kept elevators running for four decades turned out to be exactly what you need to track down a leak that nobody else can find. He and his wife Debbie launched Leak Masters Leak Detection in 2016, and they've been running it together ever since — John in the pool with the equipment, and both of them committed to making every customer feel like the only one on the schedule. Ten years and thousands of pools later, they've never dropped below five stars.
